As a seasoned litigator, Gary has earned a reputation for successfully bringing cases to the appellate courts, where he has briefed and argued numerous appeals before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District. Issues addressed in these appeals of lower court decisions included:

Having earned his Juris Doctor in 1974 from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law, Gary was admitted to the Missouri State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri the same year. In 1998, he was admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. He is a member in good standing of the Missouri Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Platte County Bar Association, Clay County Bar Association, and the Kansas City, Missouri, Bar Association. Gary also is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, National Association of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, now known as the Americal Association for Justice, where at 25 years’ membership he was designated an ATLA Stalwart.

Daniel L. Fowler
With a strong business and business law and litigation, background, Dan Fowler enjoys broad and extensive experience in private legal practice representing a variety of corporate, industrial and transportation clients in litigation before state and federal courts and a broad variety of contract negotiations. He also is an experienced arbitrator in matters involving securities transactions, construction and commercial contracts. Earning his Juris Doctor in 1979 at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., Dan was admitted to the Missouri State Bar and the Western District of Missouri Bar the same year. He was admitted to the Kansas State Bar the following year, along with the U.S. District for the District of Kansas, and in 1985 he was admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit.
Dan has held numerous professional and civic leadership positions throughout his career. Professionally, he is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, where he chaired the Civil Practice and Procedure Committee from 1986-1990, The Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel, and the Platte and Clay Counties’ bar associations.
Strongly engaged in his community, Dan currently is a member of the Northland Healthcare Access Board of Directors, where he is concluding his 3-year term as President, the MetroCare Board of Directors, where he also serves as President, Forward Kansas City, where he serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer, and the Board of Directors of Northland Neighborhoods, Inc., a neighborhood development organization. Dan also has served as a member and officer of the St. Patrick School Board, the St. Patrick School Finance Committee, Northland Sertoma Club, Northland Habitat for Humanity Board and Family Selection Committee Chair, and Commissioner of the Port Authority of Kansas City, Missouri.
